Do you have employees between the ages of 65 and 70? If so, just remember you are still legally required to deduct CPP from their payroll until that employee files federal form “CPT30 – Election to stop contributing to the Canada Pension Plan”. Once this form is filed, your employee should provide you with a copy at which time you are allowed to stop deducting CPP.
